Project Brief
This is such a great event that we look forward to every year. We work with a fantastic organization and an amazing committee to put together a Leadership Summit that is educational, inspiring, and of course fun. It brings together 200 of the top level managers to network, learn new leadership techniques and personal growth tips from some of the best speakers around. There are also team-building activities throughout to keep everyone engaged.
The Venue
Leadership Conference with a Twist
Components Needed
This Leadership Summit had everything…from incredible speakers, to fun team-building activities like building boats out of cardboard and actually racing on Harrison Lake, to evening activities including Family Feud. Everyone left this conference with a smile on their face and incredible lessons to take back to the organization with them.
Initial Concept Planning
It’s always fun to meet with the committee to come up with new and exciting ideas. The content could tie into what is going on within the organization, within the industry, or something global.
Research & Development
Next we get to work on researching content, speakers, activities, and entertainment. We also need to work with the venue on logistics, food & beverage, room requirements, etc.
Final Delivery
We love the feeling of being on site and seeing it all come together. From a smooth registration process, to people smiling from ear-to-ear as they walk out the door to head home.
