This annual event is the company’s award show to recognize their amazing staff. We had 500 attendees for this tightly scripted Awards Ceremony.
The Vision
We have so much fun working with the committee every year to come up with new themes and ideas. This year was 1920’s themed and with 90% of the attendees arriving dressed for that era, it was incredible!
The Event
From decor, to food and beverage, to lighting, sound, multiple presenters, to video clips, to voice overs, and music there are a lot of moving parts to pull this one off, but every year people walk away saying it was the best one ever.

Theme Design
We needed to design an event that reflected our client’s vision of 1920’s glam.
Planning
We planned everything from the decor to the drink menu to match the era.
Logistics
We developed the slideshows, audio, voice overs, and lighting to enhance the theme.
Execution
We had our team calling the show, running the A/V cues, and handing out awards.
