“We have worked with Sherryl Parsons and the team at Rare Affairs many times over the past 10 years. Each and every time they have proven to be fantastic event planners. We just finished an online/virtual program with them (a 3 day Virtual Leadership Summit for 300 people) and I am happy to say that their abilities have translated to the online environment.
In particular, they are 1. Uber organized 2. Extremely dedicated to making the client’s needs and challenges their own, and 3. A constant positive presence even under the increased stress that online events create.
I can’t say enough good things about Sherryl Parsons and the team at Rare Affairs. Truly remarkable!“
WE ALSO OFFER A VARIETY OF CREATIVE HYBRID SERVICES TO SUIT EVERY NEED

It’s our responsibility to design abundantly safe events as our industry begins to reopen and well into the future. This means redefining success metrics and looking at new and safe ways to meet objectives and create meaningful experiences for clients and attendees.

Over the past few months, Sherryl Parsons of Rare Affairs along with many industry professionals from around the globe, participated in a course on Pandemic Meeting & Event Design. The course was developed by the Event Leadership Institute (ELI) in Partnership with Meeting Planners International (MPI). It focused on assessing the current environment and mapping new ways to prepare event strategy, design, execution, and evaluation. From risk management to venue protocols; contract clauses to user experience; food and beverage to marketing, it covered the areas most impacted by the pandemic and supports event professionals in developing and designing well-informed, future-forward events.
As we move from virtual to hybrid and eventually back to in person events, consider working with Rare Affairs Event Management to help you:
